IT Systems Administrator between 80 and 100%

Do you recognise yourself in the following?

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma as an IT specialist or an equivalent qualification, complemented by a federal certificate or similar training
• You have at least 5 years of prior professional experience in a similar role
• An ITIL certification is an asset
• You have an excellent command of French (level C1). Good knowledge of technical English is desired (level B2)
• You are a dynamic and proactive person, oriented towards innovation, with very good analytical and problem-solving skills
• You stand out for your customer orientation and enjoy teamwork

Do these tasks inspire you?

• You manage the administration of systems and infrastructure: you ensure the implementation and updates of software and servers, analyse and monitor various IT systems, execute security and backup strategies, and manage the infrastructure base including VMware ESXi, Windows, and Linux environments. You also have Docker / Kubernetes skills
• You provide technical support to users in case of problems or requests related to systems, including diagnosing and resolving incidents (according to SLAs), implementing changes, as well as training and raising user awareness of good IT practices
• You write technical operating procedures for the systems within the scope concerned
• You participate in technological watch: you stay informed of technological developments in the systems field and propose improvements to optimise existing infrastructures
• You take part in the IT on-call service
