Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Sanitary Planning for the planning and realisation of modern building services systems. You will handle diverse projects in residential, office, school and commercial construction and accompany them from the initial conception through project planning and execution planning to commissioning. The focus is on the professional design of drinking water, hot water and wastewater systems, HVAC/E coordination as well as BIM-oriented 3D planning. You will independently take on project responsibility and combine technical planning, customer consulting and specialist construction management across the relevant SIA phases.
Responsibilities:
Independent project planning and design of sanitary systems for demanding new construction, conversion and renovation projects
Development of sanitary concepts for drinking water, hot water, circulation and wastewater systems
Carrying out technical calculations, dimensioning and design of pipe networks and sanitary installations
Creation of schematic diagrams, project, execution and detail plans as well as technical documentation
Processing and coordination of 3D/BIM models for integrated building services planning
Technical coordination of interfaces between heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary and electrical (HVAC/E)
Accompanying projects through the relevant SIA phases from concept development to commissioning and handover
Preparation of tender and submission documents as well as technical review and evaluation of contractor offers
Consulting builders and clients regarding system concepts, cost-effectiveness, operation and technical optimisation
Taking over the specialist construction management sanitary including execution controls, acceptance and defect management
Coordination with architects, specialist planners, authorities, suppliers and executing companies
Accompanying commissioning, functional checks and handovers as well as ensuring complete project documentation
Qualifications:
Completed training in sanitary engineering, for example as a building services planner EFZ sanitary, ideally supplemented by further training at HF level
At least 5 years of professional experience in the planning and execution planning of sanitary systems
Sound expertise in drinking water, hot water and wastewater systems as well as their dimensioning
Experience in HVAC/E coordination and with 3D/BIM-based building services planning
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines and Swiss building services standards
Experience in tendering, specialist construction management, commissioning and project management is an advantage
Good German language skills spoken and written
