Your Tasks

• • You are the first point of contact for the customers and representatives assigned to you regarding technical support for Switzerland, Spain, Portugal and Brazil.
  • You independently make well-founded decisions to handle enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • To our customers, you appear as a reliable and adaptable partner who responds flexibly to changing conditions.
  • You lead the team according to the applicable leadership principles and support technical development.
  • Through forward-looking deployment planning, you ensure optimal utilisation of the service technicians.
  • You maintain the planning tool comprehensively and always keep an overview of all administrative tasks.

Your Qualifications

• • You have successfully completed a technical vocational training in the mechanical or electrical field.
  • Ideally, you already have several years of experience in a comparable role and have proven yourself in a leadership position.
  • You are proficient in the MS Office suite as well as working with SAP – both support you efficiently in your daily work.
  • Very good language skills in German and Spanish are required. Any additional language is an advantage.
  • You are characterised by a structured and organised way of working and always approach internal and external contacts in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • As a committed service provider, you are accustomed to a high level of dedication. Customer orientation, independence and a sense of responsibility shape your professional conduct.
