The St.Gallen municipal utilities (sgsw) are the reliable partner for the population and economy of the city of St.Gallen as well as partly the region in the supply of energy, water and fibre optics. For the Network, Electricity and Telecom division, Services department, we are looking for a
Head of Energy Logistics Department (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
We actively drive the energy transition forward and are looking for a motivated individual to help shape the change in the field of energy data, especially electricity.
Your responsibilities
- Technical and personnel management of six employees in the Energy Logistics department
- Point of contact for all enquiries related to sovereign electricity metering services
- Responsibility for the entire meter-to-cash process as well as the Standardised Data Exchange of Switzerland (SDAT-CH)
- Technical expertise in the implementation of energy communities such as EVG, ZEV, LEG etc.
- Advising internal and external customers regarding energy data
- Regular reviews of internal processes and documentation
- Maintaining relationships with other distribution network operators and IT service providers
- Participation in the daily operations of metering and energy data management
Your profile
- Technical basic training with further education at a university of applied sciences in electrical engineering or business informatics, ideally with business management training
- Solid leadership experience as well as project management experience
- Clear, structured communication
- Competence in digital methods and tools
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
