Customer Service Maintenance Technician (m/f)
Your missions and responsibilities- Manage a client portfolio in the operation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting of HVAC installations
- Contribute to the improvement of operation, performance and service quality
- Be an autonomous and responsible mobile technician in varied environments: residential, tertiary and industrial
- Analyse situations, propose relevant solutions and intervene effectively while respecting safety and quality rules
- Keep your schedule up to date and prepare quotes
- Manage your client portfolio
- Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training
- Holder of a driving licence
- Autonomous, rigorous and organised
- Technically versatile with a strong adaptability
- Comfortable in client relations and service-oriented
