Are you passionate about optimizing supply chain processes and driving cross-functional collaboration? As a Process Manager SCM within our Supply Chain Excellence team, you will play a key role in shaping efficient and consistent SCM processes across multiple business units. In this pivotal position, you'll coordinate with Operations, Planning & Fulfillment teams, lead Program related initiatives, and drive technical transformation between IT and the business.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• In the Pandora Program, you will be tasked with implementing standardized processes and workflows. You will identify opportunities for automation and digitization, and design efficient solutions within SCM and other Business Units
• Project Management: Manage and participate in smaller and bigger IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
• Additionally, you will be leading SAP sub-projects and driving changes to facilitate process automation
• Process Analysis, Engineering & Improvement: Based on Incidents or Business needs, you analyse processes and identify improved ways of working and design streamlined E2E solutions
• Process documentation: You ensure the documentation the SCM processes in our knowledge database
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with different departments and stakeholders to ensure that supply chain processes align with the overall business objectives and to inform of project progress and potential issues

YOUR SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in Supply Chain environment, Incident Management, Project Management or IT Support (Must have)
• Advanced SAP skills (SAP4Hana) & technical understanding of software development (Must have)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong hands-on and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English & German (Must have)
