Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support its clients in transforming their organizations and optimizing their business processes. You will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and optimizing business and IT needs in complex environments within large groups, while ensuring the quality of deliverables and client satisfaction.

🔥 Your responsibilities:

You gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from stakeholders.
You write functional specifications and requirements documents, and support the design of appropriate solutions.
You coordinate the various stakeholders (business teams, IT, external partners) to ensure project coherence and success.
You monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose corrective action plans.
You lead workshops and facilitate communication between teams.
You ensure functional acceptance, test follow-up, and validation of deliverables.
You support change management and user training.
You provide regular reports on project status and performance.

🎯 Your profile:

You are fluent in French and English.
You have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within large groups.
You have excellent knowledge of information systems and IT environments.
You master project management and analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
You possess strong communication, organization, and priority management skills.
You have good adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
You are mobile in French-speaking Switzerland.
