• Competent advice to our customers and active sales
• Parts identification via electronic media
• Preparation and tracking of offers
• Complete order processing including deadline tracking
• Handling of complaints
• Further development of customer relationships
• Close coordination with the external sales team and other relevant interfaces

• Commercial or technical training, preferably in the workshop area
• Ideally experience in the sales of automotive or commercial vehicle parts and technical understanding
