Calculator in Building and Infrastructure Construction 80-100%
Your contribution with us
- You prepare calculations for demanding projects in building and infrastructure construction
- You analyse tender documents and prepare submissions and offers
- You determine quantities, calculate prices and prepare specifications
- You obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate them
- You conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors, in coordination with the department management
- You work closely with project and construction management as well as procurement
- You accompany award discussions and actively contribute your expertise
- You maintain calculation bases, key figures and reference values for future projects
- You support post-calculation and continuously monitor market prices
- You actively engage in innovation topics in construction, for example BIM
What counts for us
- You have completed basic training in construction and further training as a certified site manager, engineer or an equivalent qualification
- You bring experience in calculation in building and infrastructure construction
- You have very good MS Office skills, experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
- You have a pronounced technical understanding and think and act entrepreneurially
- You are confident in negotiations and very goal-oriented
- You are a team player, flexible and skilled in negotiation and work independently and responsibly
