We are a team of 200 enthusiastic cyclists. As a leading specialist store in Switzerland, we continuously develop new ideas to make cycling even more enjoyable. CO2-free cycling, whether through muscle power or renewable energy on the e-bike, has a positive impact on climate change and air quality. Therefore, we also advocate politically for the promotion of cycling in everyday life and leisure. Cyclists, everyday riders, tourers, and e-bike users feel comfortable with us and find everything their heart desires in our eleven stores and in the online shop veloplus.ch.

For our modern store in Emmenbrücke, we are looking for a:

SALES ADVISOR 80-100%

YOUR MAIN TASKS

• Competent advice and support for our customers
• Consultation and sale of the extensive range and our services
• Conducting ergonomic services such as saddle pressure measurements and video analyses
• Product presentation and handling
• Covering and organizing the cash area

YOUR PROFILE 

• Passionate cyclist
• High quality standards for your own sales and service advice
• Completed training as a retail specialist in the sports industry or as a bike mechanic is an advantage
• Good practical knowledge of bikes and the corresponding accessories
• Fluent German skills
• Team player
• Affinity for digital tools
• Willingness to work on Saturdays and a high degree of independence
