Dementia Team Leader (60–100%)

Do you want to lead and make a difference at the same time? With us, you take responsibility for a specialised dementia team and actively shape our dementia department. This way, you help determine how people with dementia and their relatives will be supported and accompanied in our region in the future.

Your area of responsibility

• You lead and support our well-coordinated 16-member team and promote the employees according to their skills and strengths. You will be supported by two experienced co-deputy team leaders.
• You take on case management for our clients and ensure holistic care and support as well as the accompaniment of their relatives.
• You actively contribute to the further development of our dementia department, bring in your own ideas, and strengthen regional networking as well as interprofessional collaboration.
• You contribute your knowledge at events and in public relations and, together with our marketing communications, help raise awareness of the topic of dementia.

You bring with you:

• Registered nurse HF/FH with dementia expertise and leadership experience.
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting, and supporting people in their development.
• Enjoyment in shaping new things and contributing your own ideas.
• Networked thinking and strong communication skills.
