In this responsible position, you report directly to the Board of DirectorsThe main tasks include:
• Overall operational management (personnel, organisation, finance, infrastructure)
• Ensuring a high quality of living as well as contemporary, resident-oriented care and support together with the department heads
• Responsibility for all business management matters including finance and accounting and all personnel matters
• Maintaining contact with interested parties and relatives from acquisition to admission
• Public relations and maintaining a large network
We wish for:
• Ideally, you have completed home manager training or are willing to complete this training alongside your job
• Leadership experience, knowledge in business management, finance and organisation
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Conceptual and analytical skills
• Service orientation, initiative and assertiveness
• High social and communication competence, combined with hospitality qualities and a strong connection to our region and the population
• Joy, understanding, appreciation and empathy in dealing with elderly and care-dependent people, their relatives and our employees
• Resilience, composure and humour even in hectic situations
