Marketing & Customer Experience Manager (m/f/d) 80-100%

Tasks:

• Planning, implementation and success control of all marketing campaigns, including social media, print media, event marketing, sponsorship, content creation, website including SEO/SEA and digital communication
• Further development of the customer experience along the entire customer journey
• Support of the sales and aftersales departments through data-based analyses and CRM measures including ensuring high CRM data quality

• Prospective assumption of professional and coordinative leadership tasks within the team

Qualifications:

• Completed studies or equivalent further education in marketing, communication or business administration
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, CRM and customer experience
• Passion for an excellent customer journey and an exceptional customer experience
• Analytical thinking as well as confident handling of data, evaluations and digital tools
• Leadership personality with a hands-on mentality and high personal responsibility
• Strong communication skills, organisational talent and a professional appearance
• Good networking in the Zug region and surroundings
