About the job
What you can achieve
- Complex planning and organisation (including preparation and follow-up) of outpatient clinics
- Telephone, written and personal contact with patients, doctors, referrers and other interfaces (occasional weekend shifts)
- Electronic data management and maintenance (SAP, TermDispo, eKG)
- Participation in patient service projects
- Assistance with special functions such as performance control, deputy coordination offices, etc.
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training, medical or hospital secretary, MPA or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in healthcare and/or as a hotel clerk or hotel receptionist desirable
- Excellent German skills as well as good spoken French and English skills (additional foreign languages advantageous)
- Flexible, communicative personality with a strong service orientation
- Very good IT user skills in MS Office (SAP advantageous)
