Your responsibilities

As Branch Manager, you will lead our Bedano office, taking full operational and strategic responsibility, managing it with entrepreneurial spirit, passion, and strategic vision.

Your scope of responsibility includes:

• Management, coordination, and development of personnel as well as operational coordination of the entire branch • Management, coordination, and development of our subcontractors, ensuring effective and reliable collaboration • Ensuring efficient, economical, and customer-oriented operational management • Care and development of relationships with clients and partners, ensuring a high level of service • Continuous development of our processes, structures, and operational methods • Promoting open and transparent communication within the organisation and towards clients and partners • Supporting various business areas in strategic matters • Active participation in group-level Operations projects and initiatives • Identifying potential areas for improvement and sustainably implementing related optimisation measures

Your profile

You are an experienced team manager with a solid understanding of processes, people, and business dynamics.

Required qualifications:

• Basic or further training in business economics and several years of personnel management experience • Experience in the transport and logistics sector • Excellent understanding of processes, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and a structured, solution- and results-oriented approach to work • Ability to motivate, develop, and engage employees towards common goals • Excellent communication skills and confident presence at all organisational levels • Excellent knowledge of Italian and German, both written and spoken; knowledge of English is an advantage
