Your tasks
- Decision on participation in tenders, award discussions with the managing director
- Control and approval of the prepared offers
- Completion and preparation of billing including contracts for work and services
- Management and organisation of the heating installation personnel
- Technical processing of orders from receipt to billing
- Ongoing support of orders in cooperation with the site supervisor
- Updating of time and material records, controlling
- Creditor control and approval of weekly reports
- Support of the heating team
- Conducting employee discussions (heating team)
- Purchasing the required materials together with the managing director
- Support of customers and business partners
Your profile convinces - you are the best candidate - if you...
- have completed training as a heating installer with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- have at least 5 years of professional experience as a project manager heating
- can present a federal diploma as a heating master (advantageous)
- have completed further training as a chief heating installer (advantageous)
- bring leadership experience and are an organisational talent
- are customer- and service-oriented and have a networked and entrepreneurial mindset
- are a team player and have a flair for numbers
