- CFC in commerce, ideally in construction or technical real estate.
- Methodical, conscientious, and autonomous with responsibilities.
- Good knowledge of German or Swiss German is essential.

- Control the proper execution of all maintenance contracts and periodicity and codifications
- Document all maintenance work and general information using the CareOffice software
- Assist technical managers in administrative and organizational tasks.
- Commercial employee CFC ideally in the construction or technical real estate field
- Continuing education in building technical assistance
- Autonomous, sense of responsibility and organization

- Comfortable with telephone contacts
- Easy use of common IT tools (MS-Office, CareOffice, fAPA)
- Good knowledge of German or spoken Swiss German.
