Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

At a glance

We are looking for an experienced technical project manager to lead complex international projects in the field of hardware and software engineering for isolator systems, ensuring that customer requirements are met in compliance with GMP standards. This position combines leadership duties, coordination, and budget responsibility in a dynamic environment with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Global responsibility for several concurrent customised isolator projects 
• Leading, coordinating, motivating, and managing a multidisciplinary project team 
• Ensuring effective communication and overall project coordination among all internal and external project stakeholders 
• Creating, monitoring, and, if necessary, initiating and communicating cost and schedule forecasts throughout all project phases 
• Preparing and leading customer and partner meetings both internally and externally (worldwide) 
• Regular evaluation of project status and reporting to management 
• Monitoring the implementation of customer and regulatory requirements (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice as well as MRL - Machinery Directive) 
• Supporting sales with customer enquiries including developing technical solutions for SKAN systems 
• Calculating and preparing offers / acting as interface to sales engineering 

Hard skills

• Several years of experience in project management (at least 3 - 5 years) 
• Experience in leading project teams in an international environment 
• Confident use of MS Office 
• Experience in the pharmaceutical environment is an advantage 
• University / University of Applied Sciences / Higher Technical College degree 
• Fluent English. German is an advantage
