YOUR ROLE

• You support the mandate managers in handling financial and payroll accounting.
• You contribute to the preparation of interim and annual financial statements.
• You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons under the guidance of a specialist.
• You look after our clients by phone and in person and reliably, independently, and efficiently manage the Zurich office secretariat on their behalf.

YOUR PROFILE

• Commercial training with professional experience, ideally in fiduciary services.
• Further training as a fiduciary clerk or in finance and accounting.
• Good knowledge of common software products such as Microsoft Office; ABACUS knowledge is desirable.
• Confident in German and good English skills.
• Precise and coordinated working style as well as a friendly and engaging manner.
