Tasks

Handle customer inquiries via phone with enthusiasm.
Assist customers with E-banking solutions and card blocks.
Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.

Skills

Fluent in Swiss German, German, and French; Italian is a plus.
Strong customer service experience in the banking sector.
Excellent PC skills and a clean background check required.

Receiving customer requests by phone

Identifying customers

Finding solutions to customer concerns

Advising customers on e-banking

Executing card blocks at the customer's request

You understand and speak Swiss German

You conduct telephone consultations in German and French

Additional language Italian is welcome

You enjoy dealing with customers

Experience in customer service and the banking sector is an advantage

Good PC skills are required

A clean criminal record and debt collection register extract are required for employment

You are looking for a hybrid work model where you can mostly work from home
