Employee Central Services (m/f/d)
from 1 March 2027 or by arrangement- Together with colleagues from the postal service, you ensure the smooth running of the postal service for the cantonal administration
- You receive the physical mail items, sort them according to the recipient or forward them for digitisation
- You deliver the physical mail and internal shipments to other offices in the city area with our electric vehicle fleet and collect the items to be sent
- You frank the relevant shipments and hand them over to the Swiss Post
- You support the department with additional tasks such as digitising letter mail, administrative tasks related to postal service or assist at reception
- Depending on workload, you support the cantonal safety officer with audits, evacuation exercises and other administrative tasks in the area of occupational safety and health protection
- Completed vocational training EFZ in logistics-distribution or commercial vocational training EFZ
- IT affinity and interest in digitisation
- Proficient use of MS Office programmes
- High coordination and organisational skills as well as flexibility
- Quick comprehension as well as efficient, goal-oriented, independent and precise working method
- High service orientation, very good communication skills, confident appearance
- Discretion and confidentiality
