Do you want to gain your first professional experience in an agile and exciting environment? Do you want to put your skills to work for the development of the industrial market throughout French-speaking Switzerland? Don't hesitate any longer and apply! To strengthen our Industry team, we are looking for an intern starting January 2025 for a duration of 6 to 12 months.
Fully integrated into our multidisciplinary teams, you will support the Swiss Romande Industry team in Geneva. You will be responsible in particular for analyzing the industrial zones in Geneva. The goal is to qualify the needs of local companies around the following themes:
Theme 1: Analysis of industrial needs at the municipal level
• In collaboration with the Geneva municipalities: lead and carry out an analysis of the needs of companies located in industrial zones
• Develop tools to qualify and analyze expressed needs: companies with a need, types of surfaces sought, types of premises, rent levels...
• Identify key companies and implement a targeted prospecting approach to present our expertise and added value with the aim of creating new collaboration opportunities for the company
Expected output: Development of an evolving document of qualified and exploitable contacts listing the different needs of companies and expectations of public actors.
Theme 2: Fiduciary and economic opportunities
• Identify, study and categorize fiduciaries in Geneva and French-speaking Switzerland
• Build a strategy to engage contact with them
• Development of this network axis: Initiate contacts to present our expertise. Objective: create trusted partnerships that allow them to become effective relays to investors or entrepreneurs with needs that our company can meet.
• Conduct research on economic promotions in Switzerland and propose a possible exploitation strategy for the company
Expected output: Preparation of a file summarizing the fiduciaries in the sector and proactive approaches to them.
• Currently training or graduated in economics, marketing or specialized Master (HES, university, HEC or equivalent), you want to put your knowledge into practice in a stimulating and innovative environment;
• Organized, creative and solution-oriented, you like to bring new ideas and take on daily challenges;
• Attentive and driven by customer satisfaction, you have a sense of service and know how to create trusting relationships with your interlocutors;
• Comfortable in French, both spoken and written, you ideally have a good command of English and German to evolve in a dynamic and multicultural context;
