Co-Head: Administration
Administration | Willisau | 60% | from 01.12.2026 or by arrangement
Your tasks
- Operational co-management of administration including reception and switchboard
- Comprehensive administration along the HR lifecycle (employees, specialists and apprentices)
- Close collaboration with group leaders, department heads and the company director
- Training apprentices in commercial professions
- Optimisation and further development of administrative processes
- Support in the recruitment process
- Participation in projects focusing on digitalisation
- Organisation of events (open day, excursions, etc.)
- Participation in the education and sports working group
Your profile
- Commercial basic training EFZ or equivalent qualification
- Training as a practical trainer in commercial vocational education required
- Knowledge in social insurance advantageous
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365, Abacus and common collaboration tools
- Organisational talent, networked thinking as well as an independent, reliable and efficient working style
- Enjoyment in working with people with cognitive, physical or psychological disabilities
