What you can achieve with us
You work in a residential school for young people on the autism spectrum and with cognitive impairments. Together with a motivated team, you enable the young people to attend school lessons and ensure a suitable living environment. If necessary, you also perform tasks in the Technical Service and support it with maintenance work for the institution.
What you bring with you
We are looking for a team-oriented, motivated, and empathetic personality. You are interested in people on the autism spectrum and their challenging behaviors. You are characterized by an independent and reliable way of working and are physically and mentally resilient. In addition, you are willing to reflect on your behavior and develop further. Good oral and written communication skills complete your profile.

We are the Foundation for Blind and Visually Impaired Children and Youth Zollikofen - a private, politically and denominationally neutral organization with a non-profit purpose. Our task is to promote and support people with special needs from birth to young adulthood.
We offer additional services to parents, teachers of public schools and special schools, as well as professionals. Our core competencies lie in the promotion and support of young people with visual impairment, blindness, multiple disabilities, or from the autism spectrum.
