Reservation Agent (m/f/d), Winter Season, December 2025 - March 2026
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring an outstanding guest experience and embodying our values: authenticity, precision, and attention to detail
- Competent handling of all reservation inquiries by phone and email – including advice on room categories and offers
- Creation and follow-up of individual offers; professional handling of modifications and cancellations
- Active up- and cross-selling of relevant hotel services to increase guest satisfaction and occupancy
- Precise and responsible management of all booking data in the PMS (Protel)
- Close coordination with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping for optimal planning and ensuring smooth operations
- Efficient and solution-oriented handling of guest complaints as well as prompt problem resolution before and during the stay
Your Profile
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality, mandatory in a 5-star (superior) hotel
- Completed training in hospitality or comparable qualification
- Excellent knowledge of English as well as at least German or French; additional languages are a plus
- Confident handling of PMS systems such as Protel and MS Office
- Confident, discreet, and empathetic communication at the highest level
- Strong service mentality, professionalism, and personal commitment to perfection
- Resilience, flexibility, and independent working – even during high guest volumes
- Well-groomed appearance, teamwork skills, and loyalty to our values
