With us, you will take on the professional and technical responsibility for the building automation of around 200 cantonal properties. As the central contact point for BA topics, you ensure smooth operation, control the integration of the latest MSR systems and continuously develop our standards. Take the opportunity to contribute your BA expertise in a manageable, dynamic team and set sustainable accents in our building infrastructure.
Your Tasks
- Support, optimisation and further development of building automation systems (automation and management level) across the entire real estate portfolio
- Technical support for the connection and integration of building automation systems into the overarching cantonal building management system
- Ensuring smooth operation as well as professional support during commissioning, conversions, maintenance and complex faults
- Technical interface to supplier companies and the Office for Informatics
- Collaboration in BNO and safety organisation
Your Profile
- Completed technical basic training (e.g. automation technician, electrical installer, building IT specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Sound expertise in building automation as well as experience with common communication protocols (especially BACnet) is an advantage
- Proactive and systematic approach to complex tasks as well as independent, efficient and reliable working style
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
