Independent Personality with Housekeeping Experience for Apartment Building in Zurich (75%)

Monday to Friday | 07:30–13:30 | 30 hours per week

For the independent management of our apartment building in Zurich, we are looking for a reliable, discreet and service-oriented personality from 1 December or by arrangement.

Do you enjoy a largely independent role, are efficient, responsible and reliable, love variety and dealing with people? In this versatile position, you will play an important role on site and ensure that our tenants feel completely comfortable.

Your Tasks

• Independent management of the apartment building and daily operations
• Ensuring cleanliness, order and a well-maintained appearance
• Room service and cleaning of the apartments
• Conducting viewings
• Acceptance and handover of apartments
• Personal contact person for tenants
• Organisation and coordination of minor maintenance and repair work
• Independently recognising and completing arising tasks

Your Profile

• Experience in caretaking, hospitality, cleaning or a similar field
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• High quality and service awareness
• Neat, friendly and professional appearance
• Discretion and sense of responsibility
• Organisational talent and practical skills
• Fluent German language skills
• Additional language skills are an advantage
