As part of medical support at home, we are seeking a state-qualified nurse, reliable and experienced, to provide personalised nursing care at home.

Location of intervention: VS and VD

Type of intervention: Full-time 60-90%

Desired availability: Immediately or to be agreed

Qualified Nurse for Home Care

Profile sought:

• Mandatory nursing diploma and CR recognition
• Experience in home care highly appreciated, minimum 2 years.
• Autonomy, professionalism, punctuality and good listening skills
• Driving licence B and vehicle

• Performing prescribed technical care (injections, dressings, infusions, monitoring of vital signs, etc.)
• Clinical follow-up of the patient at home
• Implementation of hygiene and safety protocols
• Close collaboration with the attending physician, pharmacists and other medical professionals
• Contribution to the patient’s quality of life and maintaining them at home

• Human and respectful working environment
