Your Tasks
- Patient admission
- Reception and information for our patients, visitors and guests
- Providing information to patients, visitors and employees
- Operation of the telephone switchboard
- Mail management
Your Profile
- Qualification as a hotel specialist EFZ or commercial basic training with reception experience
- Good MS Office skills
- Willingness to work irregular shifts (6:30 am - 10:45 pm) and to work on weekends and public holidays
- Excellent German and good English skills; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
- Neat appearance, discreet and confident manner
- Friendly and understanding interaction with all contacts
