The Wellenberg Residential and Care Centre in Felben-Wellhausen offers a family-like home to 44 residents. The facility includes a residential area for general care and support as well as a care group for people with dementia and psychological impairments. For independent living in old age, there are 21 retirement apartments located nearby.
The Wellenberg Residential and Care Centre is part of Bethesda Senior Centres AG, a network organisation of various senior centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, rooted in an open Christian value culture.

Your tasks- You are responsible for the entire care and support process – with the aim that our residents feel at home with us.
- You implement existing quality standards and help develop new ones.
- You are responsible for the RAI assessment and the correct, timely documentation.
- You actively support projects or take on a leading role in them.
Your profile
- You have completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or hold an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK.
- You love your profession and want to make a tangible difference with your work.
- You gladly take on responsibility, think ahead, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations.
