For a shared apartment with seven residents with sensory impairments and challenging behaviors, in Uzwil, we are looking for a

Companion

(80%, from January 1, 2026 or by arrangement)

You can expect a diverse and exciting field of work:

• Accompanying and supporting the residents regarding independence and maintaining their abilities
• Taking over or actively supporting the care of the residents
• Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
• Performing administrative tasks

You bring with you:

• A completed education as a social pedagogue or care specialist or comparable training or professional experience in the fields of working with people with disabilities and/or people with challenging behavior and/or psychiatry
• Independence, responsibility, good comprehension skills, high resilience, and reliability
• Good empathy, patience, and humor
• Willingness to work irregular hours including weekends
