To complement our team, we are looking for a

ICT Application Manager Administrative Applications (a) 80–100%

Tasks

• You share responsibility for our ERP system and actively accompany the migration from Navision to the new ERP environment Business Central, from conception to productive operation
• You are also responsible for various other administrative applications (including coding systems, business intelligence, HR and organisational tools) and support them throughout their entire lifecycle
• You analyse requirements from the departments, accompany their implementation and coordinate internal as well as external partners
• You lead smaller projects, subprojects and actively participate in larger initiatives, especially the ERP development
• You work closely with departments (including finance, medical controlling, HR), ICT infrastructure & services, ICT support, external service providers and manufacturers
• You conduct tests, document changes and ensure transparent processes
• You actively contribute to the optimisation and consolidation of our administrative application landscape

Profile

• You have solid professional experience in the administrative or business environment and know the processes, needs and challenges of the departments
• Experience with ERP systems is required; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision is an advantage
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system or with hospital processes is required; experience with administrative/clinical applications (e.g. coding software, hospital information system-related systems) is an advantage
• You think in solutions, remain calm under pressure and enjoy connecting people, systems and processes
• Higher education in business informatics, computer science or business administration with experience in the IT environment (university, university of applied sciences, college, etc.)
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system and understanding of the hospital environment is an advantage
• Structured, independent working style and the ability to set priorities correctly
• Experience with ITIL processes (especially incident, request, change management)
