After an introductory phase of getting to know the securities processing processes in the corporate actions environment (interest, dividends, repayments, splits, free issues, to name just a few), you will be responsible as a member of a working group for the holistic and independent execution of the capital measures to be carried out from start to finish.
The following tasks are included

YOUR TASKS

Identification, categorization, and execution of affected events
Correct, timely, and error-free processing of events
Timely and accurate instruction to custodians or fund administrators
Processing, answering, and handling of telephone and written inquiries
Proactive management of customer bookings including reconciliation of discrepancies and other inquiries

YOUR PROFILE

For this exciting and varied position, we are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications:

Bank apprenticeship, commercial basic training, or high school diploma (preferably with banking experience)
Securities knowledge (experience with administrative actions is an advantage)
Very good oral and written skills in German and English
