Tasks

• Maintenance and further development of our systems and databases
• Creation, documentation and updating of process and work instructions
• Analysis and review of usage possibilities as well as optimisation potentials in the CRM system
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of digitisation and automation projects
• Invoice control and coordination of invoice dispatch
• Support in administration, office organisation and material procurement

Requirements

You are preferably studying business administration or business informatics and are looking for a professional activity alongside your studies.
