We take time for your application, carefully review all documents and get back to you within five working days, promised.

In a first exchange via video call, we get to know each other. A relaxed atmosphere for a first eye contact, the exchange of further information and the answering of initial questions.

If the first impression from the video call is right for both of us, we want to get to know you properly, introduce you to our company, philosophy and projects, discuss your documents and answer your questions. We also find out with a short assessment how well we would fit together.

We invite you to a second visit if we have a good first impression of you after your first visit.

On Insight Day you get to know colleagues, talk to them about their projects and get an insight into our work. Of course, you can also prove what you can do – we prepare two or three exciting tasks for you.

You do not have to decide immediately. Sleep on it for two or three nights and let us know. If you want to shape your future with Infosystem, we will decide within 48 hours whether to make you an offer you cannot refuse.

If we agree, we are ready to sign the contract no later than one week after your Insight Day. We look forward to working with you and the future together.
