What you achieve with us

You are responsible for an attractive property portfolio and ensure that ownership, tenants and buildings work well together.

• You organise viewings, handovers and returns for initial and re-lettings.
• You coordinate maintenance and repairs, acting on site at the right moment.
• You plan budgets, check accounts and keep an eye on quality and costs.
• You maintain direct contact with tenants, owners and authorities.

  You professionally lead a clerk as well as the caretaking team.

• You coordinate small repair and renovation works

  You advise on and accompany larger renovation measures

• You prepare periodic reports, condition assessments, market rent evaluations etc.

  You carry out lease and rent adjustments, design and negotiate commercial tenant contracts, accompany and support the tenant

What you bring

• You have a commercial education and hold the professional certificate as a property manager.
• You have several years of experience in property management.
• You have sound knowledge of tenancy law and property maintenance.
• You present yourself confidently, negotiate skilfully and communicate reliably.
• You are well organised, quality-conscious and service-oriented.
• You communicate fluently in German and English with a confident style.

We are a nationwide Swiss real estate service company with eight locations and around 200 employees. At the Basel location, we operate with just under 40 people. We belong to the Pensimo Group, which pools real estate investments from over 150 Swiss pension funds.
