What is this position about?

As a Business Solutions Manager (m/f/d), you will work in a team responsible for the life cycle management of IT/OT services, or services.

What tasks will you take on?

•    You will work very closely as a central contact person with our internal customers (production, engineering, development, etc.) to understand their needs and capture their requirements for IT/OT services 
•    You will analyze and model processes and translate business requirements into IT requirements regarding implementation
•    You will develop digital services, or services, together with software architects and IT product managers
•    You will be responsible for IT/OT services, or services, including their documentation, testing, monitoring, and further development
•    You will take on the management of digitization projects if needed 
What do we expect from you?
•    You have a completed technical degree in electronics, computer science, automation technology, or a comparable qualification
•    You have several years of professional experience with IT/OT systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLC, IoT platforms) in an industrial environment and ideally in a testing environment
•    You have the ability to capture and analyze customer requirements, create technical concepts and service proposals
•    You have good English skills
•    You are a creative, communicative, and team-oriented personality
•    You bring experience in project management
