Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the management and strategic development of the branch, taking into account economic objectives
- Ensuring sales, earnings, cost and EBITDA targets, monitoring and analysing relevant key figures as well as deriving and implementing appropriate measures to achieve goals
- Leading, motivating, promoting and developing the branch team (approx. 10 employees)
- Conducting employee and quarterly reviews including performance assessment, feedback and target agreements
- Setting objectives and regularly reviewing goal achievement using the MbO approach
- Organising, controlling and actively participating in operational processes in sales and workshop areas while adhering to quality, safety and deadline requirements
- Ensuring compliance with all operational and legal requirements and guidelines
- Planning, controlling and continuously optimising operational processes and workflows
- Ensuring excellent customer service and high customer satisfaction
- Ensuring optimal stock levels in close cooperation with headquarters
- Close collaboration with other branches and central corporate departments
Your Profile
- Completed basic training as a motorcycle mechanic EFZ, retail specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role as well as proven leadership experience
- Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate employees and achieve goals together
- Assertive, decisive and goal-oriented personality with a structured and solution-focused working style
- Independent, reliable and efficient working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Valid driving licence categories A and B
