Trainee Customer Dialogue Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- You represent the company Wincasa as the first point of contact and handle various customer inquiries regarding housing (via phone or email) in German and French.
- You efficiently record customer interactions in our database.
- You resolve inquiries within the defined competencies during the first contact.
- Inquiries that are outside your area of competence are structured and forwarded to our branches across Switzerland.
- You take on the hub function between craftsmen, managers, and tenants.
