To leverage the wealth of our experience and strengthen Movis’s leading position in the
Swiss market, we are looking for a personality with high-level professional skills and a strong customer orientation for the Lausanne and Sion region from January 2027 or by agreement, for a position as Advisor, 80-100%.

YOUR MISSION

• Providing advice to employees, managers and human resources face-to-face, by phone or online on company, personal, health, financial and reintegration matters

• Managing "case management" assignments

• Handling other types of assignments according to skills (Job Coaching, Mediation)
• Case management, reporting, client project management

YOUR SKILLS

• Recognised training in social work, psychology or human sciences (Bachelor or Master)
• Additional training in systemic approach, mediation, coaching, case management or any other training useful for the position
• Several years of experience as an advisor or in a role relevant to the position

  Mastery of social insurance

• Native French speaker, fluent in English and understanding of German is an asset
• Main office in Sion and Lausanne and flexibility for occasional travel in French-speaking Switzerland
