About the job
Our team HR Customer Service & Benefits in the Personnel department forms the central interface between employees, managers and the various HR specialist areas of HSG. We take up HR concerns, provide orientation and coordinate their efficient processing. In doing so, we combine Service Excellence with quality and a solution-oriented HR understanding.
At the same time, our team unites the HSG Academy and HR Benefits: The HSGacademy designs a diverse internal training offer and supports the professional and personal development of our employees. In the area of HR Benefits, we combine Employer Branding, HR Communication and Community Building and create attractive offers, relevant content and connecting experiences within HSG.

- Design and further development of our HR communication (including content creation)
- Participation in the HSG Community Building project
- Participation in employer branding and employee experience measures as well as implementation of personnel marketing measures (such as welcome lunch, coordination of flu vaccination, children’s holiday fun)
- Organisation and management of event gifts for special occasions such as weddings, births, anniversaries or retirements
- Support and development of our versatile HR benefits offer as well as ensuring that our employees benefit from attractive offers
- Operational deputy of the specialist responsibility HSGacademy during holiday and sick leave, in particular ensuring the organisational implementation of ongoing courses and seminars
- Further development of the area of responsibility: Depending on interest and suitability, taking on further HR back-office tasks as well as additional responsibilities
- You have a completed commercial or comparable education and ideally bring experience in the HR or service environment.
- You have very good German skills in spoken and written form and can also communicate well in English.
- Your passion is for modern HR communication, engaging social media content, contemporary benefits and lively community building.
- You are strong in communication, skilled in organisation and enjoy contact with different stakeholders.
- You work independently, reliably and solution-oriented and bring initiative and creativity.
- You enjoy building new topics, contributing ideas and also implementing them operationally.
- You want to develop professionally and shape your area of responsibility together with us.
