ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER 80-100% (m/f/d)

• the independent management of construction projects as project manager
• the development of project concepts, execution, detailed, and working plans
• the coordination of the work of specialist planners, site managers, and draftsmen
• and accompany interesting construction projects from the first planning steps through execution to completion

• interesting and challenging tasks/projects – from new builds to innovative revitalisations
• an architectural firm with character – collaborative, appreciative, and visionary
• ongoing training on and off the job – further education and individual support

• a completed degree in architecture FH/ETH, preferably completed training as a draftsman/draftswoman
• several years of professional experience as an architect in Switzerland
• preferably experience in independent project management of medium-sized construction projects
• knowledge of Swiss building laws and construction standards
• good CAD skills and interest in BIM planning
• the ability to think in a structured and networked way
• a category B driving licence and German at a very high level
