About the job
What I do
- You ensure the smooth operation of all infrastructure systems in our office and production buildings as well as the entire company premises
- You independently carry out professional maintenance and repair work in the facility management area
- You manage, monitor, and optimize all building technology
(heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electricity, compressed air, fire alarm systems, etc.) - You coordinate external service providers and ensure efficient collaboration (service technicians, craftsmen, etc.)
- You assist with outdoor work, winter service, and on-call duty
What it takes
- You have a technical or manual basic training, for example as a mechanic or electrician, ideally with NIV Art. 15
- You bring professional experience in building technology or facility management
- You work independently, service-oriented, and reliably as a team player
- You are confident with MS Office and have good SAP knowledge
- You have very good German skills and a category B driving license, forklift license is an advantage
