About the job

• You ensure the smooth operation of all infrastructure systems in our office and production buildings as well as the entire company premises
• You independently carry out professional maintenance and repair work in the facility management area
• You manage, monitor, and optimize all building technology
  (heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, electricity, compressed air, fire alarm systems, etc.)
• You coordinate external service providers and ensure efficient collaboration (service technicians, craftsmen, etc.)
• You assist with outdoor work, winter service, and on-call duty

• You have a technical or manual basic training, for example as a mechanic or electrician, ideally with NIV Art. 15
• You bring professional experience in building technology or facility management
• You work independently, service-oriented, and reliably as a team player
• You are confident with MS Office and have good SAP knowledge
• You have very good German skills and a category B driving license, forklift license is an advantage
