The Frohmatt Retirement Home is a modern facility offering various living arrangements optimally tailored to the needs of our residents. Your tasks:
- Process responsibility for goal-oriented planning and implementation of comprehensive nursing and care in complex situations according to the nursing process
- Professional, holistic basic and treatment care of our residents
- Maintaining contact with relatives and key persons of the residents
- Documentation according to current standards (WZW formula)
- Professional handling of medical-technical procedures according to applicable concepts and institutional guidelines
- Planning and conducting medical visits
- Supporting in crisis situations and during the dying process
What you bring:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Well-developed social skills, especially teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding and enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Ideally knowledge of the RAI system and easyDOK
