Intern in Work Agogics - Grosshof Correctional Facility (a)
80% - 100% | Kriens | Start 01.02.2027 for 6 months, with option to extend
The Grosshof Correctional Facility offers you a practical learning environment: You support inmates in their daily work and gain valuable experience while working in a team that values clear structures, openness, and mutual support.
The internship lasts at least six months, with the option to extend.
Your tasks
- You support inmates in their daily work and guide them according to work agogic principles.
- You prepare work assignments according to specifications.
- You assist the team in supporting inmates while always keeping the applicable safety requirements in mind.
- Your responsibilities also include handling administrative tasks.
- You actively participate in the meetings of the Work and Employment department and contribute your observations and inputs from the internship experience.
Your profile
- You have completed a 3- or 4-year vocational training (EFZ, vocational baccalaureate or Matura) and bring a solid professional foundation.
- You demonstrate high resilience in demanding situations, remaining calm and flexible.
- You have a solution- and resource-oriented mindset.
- You are familiar with dealing with people from different cultures and challenging life situations or have a strong interest in this area.
- You are proficient with common MS Office programmes and can use them confidently.
- The internship is suitable for persons interested in training in work agogics, in an exciting and practical environment.
