As a Store Manager, you are the heart of our branch and, together with your team, ensure a thoroughly positive customer experience.

• 🔴 Leadership, motivation and development of the team
• Responsibility for the operational and personnel management of the branch
• Active customer advice and sales
• Ensuring a high level of service and advisory quality
• Responsibility for sales, targets and business management key figures
• Planning and organisation of the daily branch routine
• Promoting a positive and appreciative team climate
• Implementation of the company and sales strategy
• Inventory management and ensuring an attractive presentation
• Role model in daily customer contact

❤️ What You Bring

• Completed training in optometry, ideally as a certified optician EFZ or qualified optician
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing a team
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation
• Sales strength and a confident sense of customer needs
• Enthusiasm for optometry, fashion and trends
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and a positive appearance
• Passion for people, leadership and shared success
