Would you like to join an office at the heart of cantonal labour market issues?
As a member of the senior management team of the OMAT head, you support and advise them in the management of the office.
In this capacity, you lead strategic projects from their design to implementation, coordinating the various stakeholders and ensuring their follow-up.

Comfortable with management and quality tools, you manage complex projects involving multiple partners with method and efficiency.
Your excellent knowledge of the regional economic fabric, combined with a solid mastery of employment-related schemes, allows you to provide relevant analyses and high-value proposals.
Recognised for your writing skills and synthesis ability, you combine rigour, a sense of priorities, and stress resistance.
Proactive, autonomous, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork and operate with ease in a highly demanding environment, demonstrating flexibility and a deep commitment to public service values.
