About the Profession FaBe Kind

Working with children is an interesting and versatile profession. You accompany and support children in various stages of development. From infancy to kindergarten entry, you learn to respond to the needs of children and understand what they need. Every child is individual, which makes everyday life in daycare extremely exciting.

Your Daycare Routine with Us

It is especially important to us that every daycare day brings joy to the children. Therefore, we offer a varied weekly program. This includes excursions (e.g., to the zoo), play and craft activities, baking together with the children, etc. You are an important reference person for the children!
To help you carry out this responsible task, we support and accompany you with regular discussions and setting learning goals. You learn to connect theory with practice.

Your Strengths

Are you interested in children and people? Can you empathize well with others? Then you already meet two important requirements for the profession! 😊
It is also important to us that you are a team player, resilient, and creative. Teamwork is a key success factor for a successful daycare day. You are welcome to contribute your creative ideas to daily activities.
Good German skills are an advantage.
