Our linear guides, measuring systems, racks, linear tables, and positioning systems are extremely important components of machines and equipment used to manufacture mobile phones, computers, screens, solar systems, and medical devices. Do you work precisely and are passionate about the latest manufacturing technology? In this role, you manufacture sophisticated parts for highly dynamic and precise positioning systems and make an important contribution to our quality and innovative strength.

Your Responsibilities

• Independent setup and operation of CNC machines according to work instructions
• Manufacture of precision parts based on CAD drawings and operation plans
• Processing of individual parts as well as recurring small series
• Ensuring quality through ongoing measurements and inspections
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes in coordination with the supervisor
• Self-inspection using manual and machine measuring methods according to inspection instructions
• Timely execution of manufacturing orders
• Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on machines and equipment
• Support in the induction and training of new employees

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing high-precision mechanical components
• Experience in manual measurement of complex milled parts
• Enjoyment of highly precise and clean work and very good comprehension skills
• Willingness to work 2 shifts
• High quality awareness
• User knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel)
• Team player, resilient, independent, persistent
• German spoken and written
