Your tasks
Central point for all administrative SAP processes in the service business, as well as the administrative handling of all service processes (service notifications, service orders, quotation preparation, order confirmation up to final invoicing).
The administrative processing of all service-relevant processes, including:
Telephone support of our service hotline in German and English, possibly French (hotline hours Mon. to Fri. 08:00 – 17:00)
Telephone and written (email) recording of new service notifications
Communication point between customers, internal departments, and external service providers
Recording and updating of service notifications and orders in SAP
Creation and updating of service and spare parts offers in SAP
Support in maintaining the service Outlook mailbox
Data maintenance and filing of all work documentation (customer orders/purchase orders, service slips, work reports, order confirmations, invoices) in SAP
Invoice creation, control, and follow-up, including support in dunning
Various tasks depending on the needs of the department/area manager
Supports coordination and communication with upstream and downstream units
Your profile
Completed commercial training or equivalent
3 years of experience in customer service or a similar field
Very good German and English skills, possibly French skills
Very good SAP/R3 knowledge
Good Office skills, especially Word and Excel
Technical knowledge in plant engineering is an advantage
Very good German and English skills, possibly French skills
Customer orientation and confident appearance
Independent working style
